During the first 30 days or before your IPMA artist page is live     100% refund

After 30 days or after your IPMA artist page is live                            75% refund

Associate Member

During the first 30 days                                                                  100% refund

After 30 days                                                                                     75% refund

Please remember that if you leave the IPMA, eventhough we refund your money based on the above schedule you still need to go into your PayPal and cancel the subscription for the next year. We do not control your paypal account so can not cancel the subscription funds. However, we do cancel your subscription on our site. If you have any issues after you receive your refund please use the contact us form on the website for assistance.
